Waived CB Ethan Kilmer under the category of Waived/Injured. Kilmer, a third-year NFL player from Penn State, has a thigh injury and will revert to the Bengals’ Reserve/Injured list if he clears waivers.
Waived rookie FB Bradley Glatthaar of the University of Cincinnati, with an injury settlement. Glatthaar, who has a knee injury, had signed with the Bengals on May 2 of this year as a college free agent.

RHP Matt Belisle today had season-ending surgery to repair the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee...he begins rehab in Cincinnati tomorrow...Belisle began the season on the Reds' disabled list with a sore right forearm and then went 1-4, 7.28 in 6 starts before he was optioned to Louisville on 5/29...in 1 start and 25 relief apps for the Bats he went 5-1, 4.26 and converted all 4 save opps (38ip, 43h, 11bb, 27k).

Hall of Famers at Kings Island Sunday
KINGS ISLAND, Ohio - Don't miss your opportunity to meet 2008 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees Darrell Green and Art Monk Sunday, August 17 at Kings Island.
Green was known for his great speed during his 20 seasons as a cornerback with the Washington Redskins from 1983-2002. He intercepted a pass in 19 straight seasons and was named to the NFL's All-Decade Team of the 1990's.
Monk, a wide receiver, accumulated 940 receptions for 12,721 yards and 68 touchdowns during his 16-year career with the Washington Redskins, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles. His career-high 106 catches in 1984 was a NFL record at the time. He was named to the NFL's All-Decade team of the 1980's.
Listen to two of the greatest players in NFL history describe their careers in pro football during 1:00pm and 4:30pm shows. The shows are free with park admission and include an opportunity for guests to ask Green and Monk about their most memorable moments in football.
Once the shows are over, guests will have the opportunity to support Green and Monk's charities by purchasing Route 281 merchandise to be autographed by two of the newest members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. All profits from the sale of merchandise will benefit Darrell Green's Youth Life Foundation and the Good Samaritan Foundation.

9. Carson Palmer, Cincinnati: Unlike Brees or Garcia, Palmer looks like he rolled off a quarterback assembly line. He could have assembled some better numbers in the interceptions department last season, though. He had a career-high 20.
